TSFC Welcomes Delegation from KSFC to Strengthen International Collaboration

Bangkok, April 10, 2025 - TSFC Securities Public Company Limited (TSFC) welcomed a delegation from Korea Securities Finance Corporation (KSFC) at the Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok Hotel. The visit aimed to further strengthen the robust partnership between two organizations in the securities finance sector.

Mr. Udomkarn Udomsab, President of TSFC Securitie, along with the executive management team, warmly received Mr. Jeong-kag Kim, the newly appointed President & CEO of KSFC. Together with his delegation, including Mr. Duyeun Yoo, Head of International Affairs Team; Mr. Gun-gook Kim, Deputy Director of Secretariat Office; and Ms. Sunny Chung, Manager of International Affairs Team.

This visit marks a significant step in strengthening the collaborative relationship between TSFC and KSFC, particularly as it was the first official engagement following Mr. Kim’s appointment as the new President and CEO of KSFC. This engagement underscores the mutual commitment of both organizations to enhancing the financial system of Thailand and South Korea, while reinforcing financial resilience within the securities sector, ultimately supporting the economic growth and stability in both nations.

TSFC and KSFC have maintained a strong and enduring partnership since the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in 2015. Since then, both organizations have continuously exchanged best practices and successful business strategies in the securities finance sector.

Mr. Udomkarn Udomsab emphasized the pivotal role of the collaboration between TSFC and KSF in supporting the development of the securities industry in both Thailand and South Korea. He stated:

Mr. Jeong-kag Kim, President and CEO of KSFC, echoed a similar sentiments, highlighting the importance of cross-border collaboration in the context of an evolving global financial environment. He added:
